Hydroelectricity is one of the most popular forms of green energy due to its efficiency. It is estimated that 4 billion tonnes of greenhouse gasses were not released into the atmosphere in 2017.

Biogas 

The beauty of biogas, if such a thing can be described, is that it is not only a green energy source, but it also uses our waste products. Many renewable energy consultants in India consider this as one of the best sources. Biogas is a byproduct of organic matter decomposition and is derived from sewage, food, agricultural waste, and manure. 

These materials are stored in oxygen-free containers, causing them to ferment and emit methane, carbon dioxide, and other gasses. The produced methane can then be sold and used to heat homes, generate electricity, and fuel vehicles. At the same time, waste placed in a biogas digester is converted into nutrient-rich fertilizer suitable for farms and even home use.
